I started NAC about two years ago for a cough that remained after having Covid. I am so happy that I no longer have the cough. I am still using NAC, alongside other treatments, to help treat my symptoms of Long-Covid. I had my appointment with Dr Murray two weeks ago and the blood tests have revealed that there is an improvement.

The Mood Combo really seems to be helping me by stabilising my moods, especially during the pre-menstrual phase. I used to feel quite extreme anxiety and depression, and I seem to be much more calm and able to manage the daily stresses leading up to my bleed.

I am on day 19 of the Gut review program. It has gone much smoother than I anticipated! I made a point of eating 3 times a day, trying to include protein and fiber each time, drinking 2 litres of water a day, and I have not had any cravings for anything sweet as I don’t get hungry between meals. I am doing it for the health benefits but a lovely ‘side effect’ was losing a bit of weight, I also noticed by chance that a rough patch that I have had above my knees (that’s been there for years) has gone and I’m feeling less anxious and less uptight.

My friend and I did the Gut Reset Program together. We both found it easier than we thought it would be. The few days that are set aside to prepare yourself for the program helped me a lot. It’s been a couple weeks since I finished with the program and it’s taught me a lot about what my body likes and doesn’t like. I’ve always suspected that diary doesn’t love me as I love it and I was right. My skin allergies are looking much better.

So helpful for balancing hormones, everything feels calmer and steadier. Great product, will continue using and can highly recommend.
