I absolutely loved Leah’s Gut Health Reset! The plan, the guidance, and the overall flow were fantastic. Everything felt so well thought out and supportive. The food and recipes were amazing, and the 5 days of prep really helped me get into the right mindset and stay on track. I also really love the journaling.
